Refunds, Returns & Cancellation

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return new and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the goods, but we reserve the right to deduct the cost of return. We will not refund any postage costs incurred if your order was below the free shipping threshold. Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best) along with the delivery note – please let us know why you are returning the item by indicating the reason. Please do get a proof of posting receipt or parcel tracking number, just in case your parcel goes astray.

Please contact with us to get your return address since we have different warehouse in different countries.

Refund Policy

Faulty, defective or wrongly delivered goods will be fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer’s recommendations or reasonable wear and tear.

The refund for the prepaid order will be processed within 7 working days after receiving your order at the warehouse and Quality Check of the product(s). The Refund Amount will be reflected in the respective payment mode.

Cancellation Policy

In addition to our own Returns and Refunds Policy: you have 48 hours to cancel your order. When cancelling an order you can only cancel the entire order, no partial cancellations will be accepted. Where you exercise this statutory right to cancel, we will fully refund the price paid for the goods and the original delivery costs. The refund will be paid to you once we receive the goods in resaleable condition. In all cases of cancellation, the notification to us must be made in writing (e-mail counts as in writing) within 48 hours of you receiving the goods and should include the order number and details of the claim. Your email, letter or fax will be deemed to have been received by us on the date you send it.

Exceptional Orders

For customization orders

  1. In case of any yarn endsissues in the custom crochet craftsthere will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end then the customer can proceed the return request.
  2. The color of the custom crochetand custom mobile cover may slightly vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.

For bulk or large orders

For orders which are unusually large and/or heavy, our delivery charges may be different. If this is the case, one of our support team will contact you before your order is finalized.

We advise you place a sample order to check with your products to avoid quality issues and then place your bulk order.
